Detailed Itinerary:

Our flexible itinerary template is packed with top experiences and can also be customized to match your group’s vibe, goals, and sense of adventure!

Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi (D)

Arrival in Hanoi and transfer to the hotel, followed by a kick-off meeting to set out the week’s structure, the companies on the schedule, and what the cohort should be looking for.

Welcome dinner.

Meals included: Dinner

Day 2: Company Visits & Hanoi Cultural Immersion (B)

The morning is given to company visits, selected against your program’s learning outcomes rather than a fixed list.

The afternoon turns to the capital itself — the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university, and Hoa Lo Prison. Both are useful counterweights to a day spent in boardrooms, and both explain something about how the country sees itself.

Meals included: Breakfast

Day 3: Full Day at a Northern Industrial Park (B)

A full day inside one of northern Vietnam’s largest industrial parks. This is where the abstractions become concrete: supply chain relocation, foreign direct investment, labour markets and the shift from low-cost assembly toward higher-value manufacturing, all visible on one site.

Usually the day cohorts rate highest.

Meals included: Breakfast

Day 4: Hanoi to Halong Bay (B, L, D)

Transfer to Halong Bay and embarkation for an overnight cruise among the limestone islands. Time to decompress, and — as anyone who has run an executive program knows — where a good deal of the cohort’s best discussion actually happens.

Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 5: Halong Bay & Flight to Ho Chi Minh City (B, Brunch)

A final morning cruising the bay before disembarking at midday, then transfer to Hanoi’s airport for the flight south. Check in and an evening at leisure in Ho Chi Minh City.

Meals included: Breakfast, Brunch

Day 6: Cu Chi Tunnels & Ho Chi Minh City (B)

The morning is spent at the Cu Chi tunnel network outside the city — an extraordinary feat of improvised engineering, and a useful lesson in what constrained resources and long time horizons can produce.

The afternoon covers the city’s landmarks, including the Old Post Office, the Opera House and the War Remnants Museum.

Meals included: Breakfast

Day 7: Company Visits in Ho Chi Minh City (B)

A full day of company visits in Vietnam’s commercial capital. The contrast with Hanoi is instructive — the south is faster, more entrepreneurial and more consumer-facing, and cohorts feel the difference immediately.

As in Hanoi, visits are built around your stated learning outcomes.

Meals included: Breakfast

Day 8: Mekong Delta (B, Brunch)

A full day exploring the Mekong Delta by sampan, with local workshop visits along the way. Vietnam’s agricultural economy at close range, and a reminder that the industrial parks of Day 3 are only part of the picture.

Meals included: Breakfast, Brunch

Day 9: Departure (B)

Free time until the transfer to the airport for the departure flight. End of services.

Meals included: Breakfast
