Who is my main point of contact as a teacher or faculty leader?
You get paired with one dedicated Asia EduTravel coordinator from the very beginning. This person handles all the planning details so you can focus on what you do best: inspiring your students and making the most of this hands-on learning adventure in Southeast Asia. You decide exactly how involved you want to be. We are here to support you every step of the way.
How can I get school leaders on board?
We know it helps when everyone at the top understands the value of these programs. We would love to hop on a call or even visit your school to chat with principals, coordinators, or boards. We keep it simple, answer every question, and show how these trips deliver real educational impact while keeping safety and learning at the heart of everything.
What is the group size and adult-to-student ratio?
We keep teams small and supportive, usually between 10 and 18 students. Our adult-to-student ratio is always at least 1:8, and we include expert local guides plus space for your faculty leaders. For every eight students, we happily cover one teacher spot so you can join the journey without extra cost to your school.
How do you match guides and leaders with our group?
We carefully pair you with experienced local guides and coordinators who share your educational goals and energy. You will connect with them well before departure so everyone feels comfortable and aligned. It makes the whole experience smoother and more meaningful for you and your students.
What happens if travel conditions change?
We monitor destinations closely and stay in constant touch with local partners. If government advice ever changes, we work directly with you and your school to switch to a safe alternative itinerary at no extra cost. Thirty years of experience in educational travel means we have handled surprises before and always put your group first.
How do you handle medical situations?
Every group has first-aid trained guides backed by our 24/7 operations team. We carry professional medical kits and can connect instantly with doctors when needed. If a clinic visit is required, we arrange it quickly and keep you fully informed. All pre-existing conditions are covered once declared, so you can feel completely confident.
What if I have dietary needs or other requirements?
Just let us know during signup. Our local partners are experts at handling vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary preferences, as well as any accessibility needs. We work with you to make sure the entire trip feels comfortable and inclusive.
