Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City Arrival
Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City, you will be welcomed by our local guide at Tan Son Nhat Airport and transfer to hotel for check in. The room is at your disposal from 14.00 onwards. Balance of the day as your leisure. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta – Orientation About Services Project – Traditional Hat Making (B, L, D)
Pick up from your hotel to Vinh Long. This journey will take around 3.5 hours. When arrive to Vinh Long, you will be check in the hotel in Vinh Long – Mekong Delta.
Lunch will be provided at the Local Restaurant nearby the hotel.
13:30 Rest before heading to the project site, meeting the local guide, and learning about the project.
14:30 Safety briefing and introduction to project tasks, followed by hands-on work.
16:30 Return to the hotel and rest.
17:30 Participate in a conical hat making activity. The conical hat, called Non La, has been a part of Vietnamese fashion and livelihood for centuries. The local instructor will guide you through the process of transforming simple materials such as palm leaves, bark, and bamboo into a durable, sturdy, and practical hat.
Evening: Group dinner. Overnight at your hotel in Vinh Long.

Day 3: Mekong Delta – Services Learning Project – Meeting with Local Governance – Farming Life Experience (B, L, D)
After breakfast, arrival Project Site and continue working on the community service project. Lunch will be served at the local restaurant.
Later, let’s meet with representatives of the Vinh Long Red Cross and community leaders to learn more about the project and your impacts. After we take time to reflect on the issues around service and community development and the role we all have to play.
Then the group will visit a farm which belong to local villagers. You can join us to learn about full life rice from making soil to making paddy. We instruct you all the work with local people. Apart from the rice work, you also learn about the life of people in the countryside. We back you to the old life of the countryside people. You will join us to help the farmers work on the field.
Transfer back to your hotel.
Evening: Group dinner. Overnight at your hotel in Vinh Long.

Day 4: Mekong Delta – Services Learning Project – Cultural Workshop (B, L, D)
After breakfast, arrival Project Site and continue working on the community service project. Lunch will be served at the local restaurant.
12:00 Return to the hotel.
12:30 Visit An Binh Islet, enjoy lunch, and participate in a traditional bánh lá mít (leaf cake) cooking class.
16:00 Return to the hotel and refresh up before talent show.
Enjoy the talent show in conference hall of the hotel. Our guide will give you some topics and materials, your team must base on the topic and material you get then prepare the Talent Show of the Night!

Day 5: Mekong Delta Exploration – Back to Ho Chi Minh City (B, L, D)
07:30 Breakfast at the hotel.
Begin with a boat trip from Vinh Long to Cai Be, where a local host welcomes you with fresh tropical fruits and insights into Mekong Delta life. Visit traditional handicraft villages to see artisans at work and try your hand at making coconut candy or rice paper, gaining a deeper appreciation for local craftsmanship.
Then, paddle a sampan through narrow canals, experiencing the region’s unique waterways and understanding the vital role of the river in daily life. This immersive journey enhances cultural awareness, hands-on learning, and appreciation for sustainable local traditions.
After that, transfer back to Ho Chi Minh city for leisure.
