Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City Arrival
Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City, you will be welcomed by our local guide at Tan Son Nhat Airport and transfer to hotel for check in. The room is at your disposal from 14.00 onwards. Balance of the day as your leisure. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City to the Mekong Delta, Project Orientation & Cultural Workshop (B, L, D)
Depart the city in the morning for the Mekong Delta, a drive of roughly three and a half hours, and check into your hotel. After lunch, the group heads to the project site to meet the community team and hear how the project works and who it serves. A safety briefing and task demonstration follow, then the first session of hands on work.
The day ends with a traditional craft workshop led by a local instructor, followed by a group dinner.

Day 3: Service Learning Project, Community Dialogue & Farming Experience (B, L, D)
A full morning on site continuing the construction work. In the afternoon the group meets local community representatives and partner organisation staff to understand the wider context behind the project and the impact of the work, followed by a guided reflection session.
The day closes with a farming activity alongside village families, where students take part in the daily work of the rice fields and learn how rural households in the delta make a living.

Day 4: Service Learning Project, Cooking Class & Talent Show (B, L, D)
The final working day on the project site, wrapping up the tasks the group has been building on all week. Afterwards, students cross to a river island for a hands on cooking class with a local family, learning a traditional delta dish from scratch.
The evening is student led. Teams are given a theme and a set of materials and have a few hours to prepare their performance for the group talent show.

Day 5: Mekong Delta Exploration – Back to Ho Chi Minh City (B, L, D)
Leave by boat for a morning on the river, stopping at a family run home for tropical fruit and a conversation about life on the water. Visit local craft workshops to watch artisans at work and try making a traditional delta product yourself.
Continue by sampan through the narrow canals, where students see first hand how completely daily life here depends on the river. Transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City in the afternoon, with the evening free before a group dinner.

Day 6: Ho Chi Minh City (B, L, D)
A day in the city, with time to explore its landmarks and history before the group reconvenes. In the evening, board the river bus for a sightseeing cruise along the Saigon River and watch the skyline light up from the water, followed by a farewell dinner.

Day 7: Ho Chi Minh City Departure (B)
Today free time until transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport in Ho Chi Minh City for departure flight. Room is at your disposal at noon. Lunch and dinner of your own arrangement.
End of the trip and have a safe flight back home.
